Smarter, Faster & Zero-Lag: The New Message Scheduler for Kick & Twitch
Discover Algochat's new Kick and Twitch message scheduler. Enjoy seamless background scheduling, instant trigger delivery, and perfectly synchronized chat.

Live streaming is all about timing. Whether your chat is reacting to an insane clutch, answering a hype trigger, or keeping conversation alive during quiet moments, every second counts. Today, we are thrilled to roll out a major core engine upgrade to Algochat: our Server-Side High-Performance Message Scheduler for both Kick and Twitch! π
π The Problem: Why Old In-Browser Schedulers Fell Behind
Until now, scheduled messages and trigger responses were coordinated directly inside your browser. While this worked well for casual streams, it had major limitations during intense streaming sessions:
- π΄ Browser Tab Sleeping & Throttling: When playing high-FPS games (like Valorant, CS2, or Call of Duty) or minimizing your dashboard, Chrome and Edge aggressively throttle background tabs. Timers would pause, causing queued messages to freeze and suddenly "burst" all at once when you reopened the tab.
- β³ Artificial Queuing Delays: When multiple hype messages or keyword triggers were scheduled at once, sending them one-by-one with network round-trips caused artificial delays of 5 to 15 seconds.
- π Accidental Duplications: Heavy stream delays or browser tab reconnects could trigger repeated sends for the same event. We knew streamers needed something rock-solid, ultra-fast, and completely independent of browser tabs.
π Whatβs New: Server-Side Engine
We rebuilt our scheduling infrastructure from the ground up, moving message timing completely off your computer and onto our high-performance backend servers. Here is what powers the new engine:
1. Millisecond Queues
When you trigger a hype wave, schedule dialogue, or set a stream delay offset, the browser instantly offloads the schedule to our cluster in under 15ms. Your browser is freed up immediately with zero memory consumption.
2. Dedicated Message Workers
Both our Kick and Twitch backend microservices now run dedicated, high-frequency workers that evaluate scheduled queues. When a message hits its target timestamp, it is delivered immediately.
3. Non-Blocking Concurrent Goroutines
No more waiting in line! If 10 messages are scheduled for a big raid, goal celebration, or transcript trigger, our workers fire them concurrently. Each message dispatches in parallel without blocking subsequent chatters.
4. Smart Account Rotation & Anti-Repetition
To keep conversations looking authentic and natural, the scheduler features a built-in account selector that prevents the same bot account from posting consecutively whenever alternative accounts are available. Your chat looks fluid, organic, and lively.
π― What This Means for Your Stream
| Feature | Before (In-Browser) | Now (Server-Side Redis Engine) |
|---|---|---|
| Tab Throttling / Sleep | β Timers freeze when tab is minimized | β Messages send on time, 100% server-side |
| Trigger Response Time | β οΈ sequential delay | β‘ Instantaneous millisecond dispatch |
| Multi-Message Waves | π’ 1-by-1 artificial delay | π Non-blocking concurrent delivery |
| Account Variety | π Sometimes repeated accounts | π€ Smart rotation with anti-repetition |
| Browser Resource Usage | π Constant polling & background timers | π Instant handoff (<15ms), zero CPU drain |
π οΈ Do You Need to Change Any Settings?
Nope! You're already good to go. This update has been rolled out automatically to all Kick and Twitch connected channels on Algochat.
